As part of preparations for its 2026 National Convention, the All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced the reconstitution of its Central Coordination Committee for the 2026 National Convention, with a diverse range of prominent party leaders, including former House of Reps Speaker, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, CFR, who was announced as Chairman.
This was revealed in a statement signed by the party’s national secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru.
The committee includes prominent party leaders such as ex Senate President, Anyim Pius Anyim, (Vice-Chairman I), while Kwara State governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, is Vice-Chairman II.
Other members include Imo State governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma (Treasurer) and Hon Mai Mala Buni (Secretary).

The committee comprises governors, senators, and other high-ranking party officials, who will work together to ensure the success of the convention, with various sub-committees to be announced later by the National Working Committee (NWC).
Among the governors are Umo Eno (Akwa Ibom State), Douye Diri (Bayelsa State), Hyacinth Alia (Benue State), Babagana Zulum (Borno State)
and Bassey Otu (Cross River State).
Others are Sheriff Oborevwori (Delta State), Francis Nwifuru (Ebonyi State), Monday Okpebholo (Edo State)Abiodun Oyebanji (Ekiti State), Peter Mbah (Enugu State), Muhammed Inuwa Yahaya (Gombe State), Umar Namadi (Jigawa State) and Abba Kabir Yusuf (Kano State). Una Sani (Kaduna State).
The list also includes Dikko Umaru Radda (Katsina State), Nasir Idris (Kebbi State), Ahmed Usman Ododo (Kogi State), Babajide Sanwo-Olu (Lagos State), Abdullahi Sule (Nasarawa State), Mohammed Bago (Niger State) and Dapo Abiodun (Ogun State).
